Turning hardship into leadership,

one mission at a time.

Introduction

I’m Jason Fox — Foxy to my mates. I spent over two decades in the military, including 10 years in the Special Boat Service. These days, I use my experience to inspire others through adventure, storytelling, and straight-up honesty about life’s toughest battles — both on the field and in the mind.

Warrior to Survivor

At just 16, Jason Fox joined the Royal Marines and went on to serve with distinction in the UK’s elite Special Boat Service. Over the next two decades, he operated on the front lines of counter-terrorism and hostage rescue missions across the globe. But the greatest battle came after service — when he faced and overcame PTSD, transforming adversity into purpose.

Behind

the Mask

I left the military battling PTSD. I hit rock bottom. But I got help — and I rebuilt myself with purpose. I now speak openly about mental health because silence kills, and real strength is found in vulnerability.
